- Lead the HR function and work closely with business teams to provide the complete gamut of HR services viz. recruitment, compensation, talent management, learning and development
- Manpower Planning and Budgeting Rationalization & Rightsizing of Manpower.
- Work closely with key stakeholders to create and deliver HR strategy for the business and ensure that the business objectives/goals are met.
- Devising HR policies, Roll out & implementation
- Role expectations, job descriptions, skills inventory, competency development.
- Mapping, succession planning, Job rotations.
- Planning & Administration of pre-employment & induction training-technical behavioral.
- Ensure effective implementation of various HR policies and processes and also adoption of state of the art IT solutions in various HR processes
- Develop and lead the HR team ensuring that various HR initiatives and programs get implemented within set HR budgets
- Performance management-designing system, goal setting, Appraisals, Tracking
- Compensation benchmarking, Management and Incentive Plans.
- Training need identification, analysis & organizing training to bridge skill gaps & Feedbacks.
- Employee Empowerment/Involvement-cross Functional Teams.
