- They have strong team in engineering, product and corporate functions based in Bangalore and field teams across multiple cities.
- They are looking to rapidly scale their business and looking for a high-potential HR Leader to drive the HR agenda enabling fast growth.
Description :
- You will work closely with the founders and will be responsible to build and drive HR strategy across functions to foster organization growth.
- Leading an HR team of over 15+ including TA, C&B, HRBP, HR Ops etc. and manage end to end HR operations of the organization.
- You will also develop and drive an organization culture that fosters collaboration and innovation. You will also work closely with the founders to attract and retain the best in class talent across technology, product, sales and operations etc.
Profile :
- 12-15 years experience in HR post Tier -1 MBA is a must
- Prior experience as HR Leader or HR business partner in an start up environment
- Strong business acumen with ability to manage diverse stakeholders
- Candidates must have experience managing HR for sales/operations as well as technology teams.
- Ideal candidate will have experience working with a large set up (FMCG, Retail, Bank etc.) before moving to a scaled up start up in a leadership role.
