About our Client : Our client is an established organization in the B2B industry globally with an established brand across multiple lines of business.
Job Description: You will report into the Regional Head Human Resources and manage a team of HR professionals, with your main responsibilities including:
- Work as a strategic business partner to the local management team
- Lead India specific HR programs and initiatives as a part of the regional global project team
- Manage the HR function to deliver HR support, services and provide guidance and direction to the Leadership team in India.
- Deliver HR activities to support a climate of trust and employee engagement which investigates employee concerns or complaints, develops resolutions, and counsels employees
The Successful Candidate:
- You must have at least 9 years of experience with an exposure of working in a multi-national business.
- Experience of a US corporate working environment is an additional good to have.
- Proven track record of influencing skills and decision making to deliver HR support and services in a complex matrix environment is a must.
- Demonstrated ability to relate HR strategies to commercial and business goals and objectives will be key in your success in this role.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to manage the challenges and complexity of commercial contracts and complex, multi-skilled and culturally diverse environments is a must.
