Reports To : HR Director / CEO (Dual Reporting)
RESPONSIBILITIES :
The role of a Senior HR Manager is to implement the Group's HR policies and tools and to provide support to management on human resources issues. The main missions of the role are to :
- Manage industrial relations with local employee representatives.
- Management of HR issues in line with business objectives.
- Implement an efficient and integrated strategy for staffing, recruiting, induction, training, career management, etc. at site level.
- Ensure efficient payroll and administration processes.
- Implement Group HR policies and processes within the site, including "Employee Empowerment", part of the company's Excellence System.
- Release of Company objectives every semester involving stakeholder.
- Guarantee working conditions in compliance with Group Health, Safety & Environment policies.
Qualifications :
The ideal candidate supposed to b e:
- A good knowledge of employment law
- Familiarity with HR information and payroll systems
- Master's degree with a specialization in HR Management
- Minimum 5 years experience in a HR function within a industrial environment

High level of interpersonal skills and integrity; solid team player
- Minimum bi-lingual (English required)

Authority :
- Approval of leaves for team
- Approval of claims as per policy
- Policy formulation and recommendations
- Signing for statutory compliances
- Signing of all immigration
Candidate should Posses Knowledge of :
HR Business partner for corporate services function,workforce planning,staffing,designing & implementing system procedures for attracting and selecting the right talent,design & implement strategies for employee retention,
Responsible for skill & capability building in the employees
Identify & Implement various EES related initiatives across CS functions, ISMS/DNV & other audits,dealing with employee's queries & its resolution
Manage the learning & development needs for the employees
Ensure proper conduct of goal setting & performance management exercise,
