- Human Capital Planning and Strategy - The successful candidate will partner with various business groups to build the Talent & HR strategy that most effectively complements business strategy.
- Drive organization resource plans, talent reviews, succession plans, and performance management for assigned business units. Ensure a good balance between individual business unit requirements and across the board HR strategy.
- Design and Deliver innovative communication, engagement & recognition processes, making the preferred employer for top talents in India and beyond.
- Identify & facilitate people and organization effectiveness interventions that improve organization dynamics.
- Drive Hi Po, individual and organization development plans working closely with the business, Head of HR and the L&D team.
- Provide relevant HR expertise and experience to effectively coach / counsel managers & employees. Anticipate & address issues proactively.
- Minimize critical attrition losses by establishing proactive process, relationships and - early warning systems.-
- Own and interpret HR policy for the organization and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- Develop and up skill junior resources on the team providing appropriate leadership, counsel, guidance and training customized to individual needs.
- Position the HR function as credible, value adding and a capable business partner.
- Facilitate the development of the organization's culture journey along with the cofounders -The successful candidate will help to drive a Values Based organization culture.
- Conceptualize and deliver impactful interventions that drive our Corporate Values
- Find, implement powerful methods for people to - learn- and institutionalize Values.
- Design and Deliver innovative communication, engagement & recognition processes to motivate and facilitate behaviour change
- Lead by example and facilitate the creation of role models in the business
- Effectively coach / counsel managers & employees on building Values based organizations - act as a conscience keeper and a credible source for clarifying issues related to the Values and Culture journey.
- Seek opportunities to showcase Values and Role Models in business forums integrating it seamlessly into business agendas.

- Talent Management & Acquisition - The successful candidate will help the business place the - right- candidates in the - right- jobs from a pool of internal as well as external talent. She/he will deliver effective strategies to attract/ retain top talent from within and outside the industry.
- Build line of sight to future talent needs; Have a robust follow-up mechanism to fulfil the same.
- Develop a talent strategy for critical roles, map the talent market and apply innovative strategies to engage with diverse talent pools
- Implement a methodology for identifying and tracking critical roles and individuals ensuring adequate organization focus on such roles and individuals.
- Pro-actively build a ready talent pipeline via creative resourcing efforts, innovative programs etc. to stay ahead in the resourcing game
- Manage & market our employer brand as the best place to work (internal & external)
- Manage senior level talent pipelines
- Own & Develop entry-level talent programs and MBA hiring
- Facilitate annual and mid-year talent review plans in conjunction with business plans
- Own development of senior and middle management
- Drive succession plans with internal and external talent pools.
