- Responsible for the entire gamut of HR entailing creation of HR strategy aligned with Business, Manpower planning & talent acquisition, Organizational restructuring, Performance Management systems, Talent Management & succession planning, Competency mapping & development, Capability building, Systems improvement, designing and implementing OD & Change management initiatives,
- Coaching & Counseling, Employee Engagement, Culture Building, HR Analytics, HR policies designing & implementation etc.
- Responsible for Recruitment, Training, Employee Relations, disciplinary matters & managing complex IR issues of a Corporate & manufacturing plants.
- A strategic Business Partnering role to elevate the business performance through bringing continous improvement in Human Resource processes.
- Building a high performing culture through Competency development, building a Leadership pipeline and a succession ready team. A healthy employee relationship built though trust and highly engaged people.
