Head Human Resource (Automobile Industry)
Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Planning:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's overall objectives.
- Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and productivity.
- Analyze HR metrics and data to inform decision-making and measure the effectiveness of HR programs.
Talent Acquisition and Management:
- Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process to attract and retain top talent.
- Develop and implement strategies for talent development, succession planning, and career pathing.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations in all recruitment activities.
Employee Relations and Performance Management:
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
- Implement performance management systems to drive continuous improvement and goal achievement.
Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Facilitate training sessions on topics such as leadership development, diversity and inclusion, and compliance.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Design and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain talent.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and analysis to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, such as insurance providers and retirement plan administrators.
HR Policies and Procedures:
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements and industry best practices.
- Communicate HR policies and procedures to employees and ensure consistent application across the organization.
- Monitor changes in employment laws and regulations and update policies accordingly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in human resources management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate HR goals into actionable plans.
