Job Description :

- Responsible to provide HR support to business covering areas like recruitment, Performance management, formulation and review of HR policies, Establishing HR processes, etc.,

- Establish a result oriented work culture and take up people development initiatives.

- Implement global corporate HR policies.

- Complete recruitment requirements within the agreed timelines. Formulate and review HR policies and ensure consistency and transparency in implementation.
