This role will be entitled to :
- Provide HR solutions for the business unit which is 3000+ strong
- Will be responsible for managing the entire gamut of HR for the business.
- Collaborate with the center of excellence (CoEs) and to provide best-in-class talent management, talent acquisition, organizational development, employee relations and compensation and benefits solutions to the business
- Develop and implement HR initiatives, Development initiatives along with the business heads.
- Ensure effective cascading of HR policies & practices across the organization.
- Serve as a custodian for HR policies and the organization's values and purpose
Looking at professionals with :
- 15+ years of experience from Engineering- R&D companies, IT Product Development Companies, Automobile Captives.
