Responsible for all HR systems,Develop, Refine and Implement HR strategy, Effective manpower planning system, process for reviewing and evaluating jobs and identifying future redundancies ;articulating recruiting, redeployment and succession plans

- Should have experience across different sub functions, should be able to work with multiple stakeholders (HODs), Strategically inclined, able to conceptualize and implement key HR initiatives.

- Should be a good team player
