- Responsible for entire gamut of HR & Administration for the company
- Lead Strategic HR Role to ensure that organisational, individual, social and stakeholders'goals are effectively accomplished.
- Ensure best HR Practices in place and its implementation.
- Prepare and update HR Policies as per revision dates.
- Ensure adherence to the Statutory Compliances across the organization.
- Ensure that Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Talent Development, Compensation and Benefits and Administration sub functions are effectively performed as per the set objectives.
- Implement the Organisational Development, Change Management and organisational transformation initiatives.
- Ensure high moral and productivity of all the employees.
- Guide the management about best HR Practices prevailing in India and globally for adoption of the same.
