Job Description:
Position: Head HR.
Location: South India.
Role:
- Developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan.
Responsibilities:
Implementation of the best HR Practices:
- Implement the best HR practices achieve recognition / certification for the organization like GPTW. Cultivate an innovative approach to create and execute strategies that align with the organization's needs.
- Evaluate HR metrics against industry benchmarks to enhance recruitment, employee development, and retention efforts. Ensure adherence to regulations, foster diversity, and promote ongoing improvement through insights derived from data analysis.
- Talent Management-Designing and implement a robust talent management system.
- People Development & Orientation: Formulate and execute initiatives aimed at enhancing employee productivity cutting across corporate and plant -all levels and functions. Establish avenues for employee development by providing skill enhancement opportunities, mentorship programs, and career progression strategies.
- Develop people to make a future ready leadership pipeline (succession planning) by using Assessment centres, 9 Box matrix etc.
- Leadership development programs Developmental needs identification and execution of programs for Leaders - GM & Above till CxO's across the organisation.
- Enhancing Employer Branding: Bolster the organization's employer brand by implementing focused recruitment marketing strategies, leveraging social media platforms, and utilizing employee testimonials to draw in exceptional talent and establish the company as a preferred employer.
- To lead and oversee the organization's recruitment and talent acquisition strategies. Implement best practices so that internal employees become brand ambassadors.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders and networks.
- Experience in working, implementing and enhancing HR digital platforms like success factor, SAP -HR work day etc.
Required Candidate profile:
- 5+ years plus experience person should be hands on with HR practices and should have set up all best HR systems and processes.
- An ideal candidate should have experience in the Corporate HR Role and previously should have worked at the plant level.
- Person with experience in manufacturing preferably some experience auto sector would be preferred.
- Should have experience in organisational development, cultural transformation.
