HR Head
Overview :
- The HR Head plays a critical role in overseeing all aspects of the human resources function within an organization.
- They are responsible for shaping and implementing HR strategies to support the overall business objectives, driving employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Overseeing the recruitment and onboarding process to attract top talent.
- Driving performance management processes and ensuring performance appraisals are conducted timely and effectively.
- Managing employee relations, including conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary procedures.
- Designing and implementing employee development programs and initiatives.
- Overseeing compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and fairness.
- Leading HR compliance efforts and managing employment-related risk.
- Championing diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the organization.
- Managing HR operations, including payroll, HRIS, and record-keeping.
- Providing leadership and guidance to the HR team.
Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an HR leader or HR manager in a complex and dynamic organization.
- Demonstrated expertise in HR strategy development and implementation.
- Thorough knowledge of employment legislation and regulations.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience in working with HRIS systems and tools.
- Ability to drive change and create a positive organizational culture.
- Proven track record of driving employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- HR certification such as SPHR or SHRM-SCP is a plus.
