Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic individual to lead the HR transformation and automation initiatives for our Client. The Head of HR Transformation and Automation will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of a comprehensive HR transformation strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives, culture, and values.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the development and implementation of an HR transformation and automation strategy that supports the overall business strategy and objectives

- Design and develop HR processes and systems that are scalable, efficient, and automated to reduce manual processes and improve overall efficiency

- Partner with HR leaders to identify areas of improvement within HR processes and systems and implement solutions that improve the employee experience

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including HR, IT, and business leaders

- Manage and lead a team of HR transformation and automation professionals to execute on the HR transformation strategy and achieve the desired outcomes

- Partner with IT to ensure HR systems and processes are integrated with other systems and technology platforms across the organization

- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies

- Monitor and report on the progress of HR transformation initiatives and identify opportunities for further improvement

- Provide thought leadership on HR transformation and automation trends and best practices, and use this knowledge to inform the development of the HR transformation strategy

Profile:

- 12-20 years of experience in HR Transformation/Automation in large organisations

- Experience in managing large teams

- Experience managing transformations for Indian Workforces in Global MNCs will be highly preferred

- Diversity candidates will be preferred for this role
