Head - HR Transformation - BFSI/BPO/KPO

- You will be accountable for management of the HR COO change portfolio, with the primary focus of the role over 2024 - 2026 being the delivery of the HR Function Transformation - a global, multi-year initiative to transform how HR operates, for this role that includes:

- Standing up an HR Services Utilities model, including design, transition and migration of people, processes, and services

- Implementation of the Digital Enablement strategy, ensuring digital and automation activities closely align with HR COO priorities (cost, efficiency, and experience)

- Alignment of HR services (including technology) according to defined HR TOM principles i.e. small, medium, and large country model; location strategy

- Payroll and Time Management changes - reducing the vendor footprint and bringing more markets onto global systems

What you'll do:

- Take strategic ownership, establishing and reviewing key strategic priorities and translating them into a programme roadmap with actionable and measurable plans for implementation.

- Drive Transformation delivery, including scope, size, and execution of change initiatives end-to-end to quality, time, and budget.

- Oversee programme management, ensuring adherence to required change standards, and appropriate rhythm and mechanisms are in place.

- Work closely with global Senior Executives to drive the talent transformation across all the global businesses and functions.

- Establish and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders including the HR Chief Operating Officer, their Leadership Team, Heads of HR CoEs, Head of HR Strategy & Transformation, Heads of HR, Technology, and wider Transformation and HR teams, ensuring appropriate buy-in to the change initiatives.

- Lead a team of change resources - promoting values such as inclusion, collaboration, ownership, learning agility, and delivery excellence - fostering positive engagement and ways of working.

- Liaise with group and global teams to ensure deployment plans align, dependencies are understood and managed, and readiness activities are managed well. Represent portfolio/programme aims and objectives, status, and progress at wider governance forums and with senior stakeholders as required.

Qualification :

- Proven experience in leading scaled transformation efforts globally including process, technology, HR service and Organisational Design, offshoring and outsourcing is essential.

- Detailed and demonstrable knowledge of end-to-end programme life cycle: mobilisation, design/build, implementation, adoption, and embedding is essential.

- Proven experience delivering in a senior programme manager role, including building effective change teams, and delivering across all pillars of change governance (plans, design and architecture, technology and data, risk, financial management, readiness, adoption and embedding) is essential.

- Proven HR domain experience across HR Operations and Shared Services. Experience of working with Payroll, Time Management, Contact Centre, and Transformation services is also desirable.

- Strong understanding of Core HR technology and architecture - with a particular focus on payroll, channels, workflow and automation. Functional knowledge of wider HR and HR Technologies is also beneficial.
