They are looking at recruiting a Head HR for their IR and Supply Chain function based out of the HQ in Delhi NCR.

Job Description: Reporting to the Head HR Asia Pacific for the Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Procurement function, you will manage a team of 5 individuals across corporate and manufacturing sites in the country.

Your main responsibilities shall include:

- Oversee the HR organization for the Manufacturing, R&D and Supply Chain organization in India

- Implement the redesigned global HR Strategy including elements such as performance management, talent initiatives and IR strategy across the employee base of over 600 people spread across multiple manufacturing plants and corporate functions.

- Drive best in class IR policies through your team within the industry

- Effectively partner with the internal heads and country managing director to streamline and support business growth

- Leverage the regional and global COE resources efficiently

The Successful Candidate:

- You will be a MBA from a top tier B School with around 10 years of experience in core IR or corporate HR functions in the FMCG/ FMCD Industry. Furthermore, you will have at least three years of experience in handling a plant HR role.

- The client is looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage senior and global stakeholders.
