Head - HR Supply Chain

Executive Hiring is looking for a HR Leader handling one of the Large Operations of an MNC FMCG, based at Mumbai.

- Post Grad in HR / PMIR from XL/TISS/SCMHRD/MDI with at least 10-12 years of experience of handling the HR of the end to end Supply chain Function ( which starting from handling Multiple Factory Operations to Distribution ) of a Large Pharma / FMCG / Manufacturing operations. This role doesn't handle Factory HR / IR

The role :

- Partner with the Supply Chain leaders to stay deeply connected with and knowledgeable about the businesses and operating environment and be a strategic people partner.

- Design and Implement Organization and Talent Strategies in support of business strategies to ensure a robust pipeline of talent for Supply Chain organization.

- Plan and implement dedicated actions related to the talent strategy and partner with line leaders to grow diverse leadership pipeline and build critical capabilities.
