HR Shared Services Head
Industry - Real Estate/ Retail
- Deliver a quality and professional service to all internal customers and stakeholders
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures to ensure high quality and consistent service delivery
- Collect and cleanse data to populate management reporting systems
- Good interpersonal skills as the resource will be interacting with the stakeholders
- Sound domain knowledge required in terms of process deliverables
- Ability to get into detailing of the process and have an eye for detail
- Well versed with HR policies.
- Handle Payroll
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualification:
- Graduate or Postgraduate from a recognized university
- 8-12 years of relevant experience
- Experience of preferably in HR support role
- Excellent business English proficiency - both oral and written
- Passionate; highly motivated and zeal to go over call of duty preferred
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and organized nature
- Adaptability to work across global teams
- Highly collaborative in nature and work effortlessly with both middle management and senior leadership cadre
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Critical thinking skills
- Strong communication and articulation skills.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work in a cross functional environment
- Proficiency in MS Office: MS PowerPoint & MS Excel Skills (VLOOKUP, Hlookup, Pivot table, etc.)
- Strong data management & MIS skills
- Experience with project co-ordination
- Ability to work with cross functional teams
Preferred Qualification:
- Ability to manage project governance and timely report outs with leadership stakeholders
- Expertise in handling large team
