Job Description - Reporting into the Country Manager HR, your responsibilities will include:

Service Center Integration:

- Coordinate efforts to ensure HR operational functions are synchronized with any HR process, policy, and business rule changes.

HRSS Policy Procedures:

- Maintain and administers enterprise level human resource service policies and procedures in accordance with internal audit, Enterprise HR, and service center governance control criteria. Responsible for escalation management

Legal Compliance:

- Is responsible for ensuring that HR operational services are delivered in accordance with all Legal and Regulatory needs for the HR transactional processes. Ensure compliance with relevant data privacy and data protection policies and regulations

Performance and Operational Standards:

- Is accountable for delivering HR services against the internal provisions of the agreed SLA's/KPI's. Ensure that all functions within the HR SSC meet established targets through continuous evaluation, quality assurance, and focused improvement efforts

Reporting:

- Is accountable for ensuring all HR reports impacting operations and as required by Federal, State or Provincial and Local governments are completed as per the process design.

Relationship Management:

- Primary provider of relationship and communications with the Embedded HR Leaders, Operations, Center of Excellence. Responsible to communicate with Executives enterprise-wide and with service providers to ensure that decisions, processes and actions promote the desired operational outcomes of the HR Service Delivery Model.

- Oversees all activities provided by HR SSC including business process service quality, compliance, and project management for all HR SSC transition and program initiatives

The Successful Candidate - You will have 12+ years of experience in HR Shared Services with an MNC. You will have had the experience of setting up a Shared Services unit from scratch. The ability to work in a matrix organization coupled with excellent stakeholder management skills are essential for this role.
