Position - HR Operations Head - Product Company

Urgently Looking out for this position in Gurgaon.

- Managing operation and Induction, Training Calendars, Recruitment operations etc.

- Applying company policies, Compliance managing budgets and managing internal HR systems.

- Should look after international payroll, compliances, onboarding, exit etc.

- Should be aware of auditing in Compliance .

- Coach and motivate others in the development of robust, innovative and creative approaches - building ownership and engagement at all levels. Assists managers to lead and facilitate change.

- Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning. - Create and deliver effective and efficient HR processes and services ensuring internal and external customer focus.
