As Head HR for the Global Shared Services, you will be reporting into the CHRO. Your primary roles & responsibilities will be as follows:
- Creating and building the Global SSC from scratch
- Setting up the processes and planning the process transitions from each region
- Playing a hands on role in strategizing and executing the end to end process transition
- Managing phase wise process transitions across global markets
- Creating and end to end Global HR delivery center which will services all countries
- The ideal candidate must come with 15+ years experience in heading a Global Shared Services center for HR delivery managing an employee base of 7000+ employees globally.
- Experience of setting up a Shared Services from scratch is a must have.
