Head - HR Shared Services - BPO

Looking for HR operations professional, having lead shared services for a large org

- Candidates having managed span as large as 15000-20000.

- Must have the ability to supervise / lead large HR team (100+ in number).

- Should possess HR Risk and Controls understanding.

- HR generalist/specialist experience (specialist experience ideally in HR Operations). Experience in working in a global and matrixed organisation

- Experience in servicing multi country clients

- Adept at communicating across business and cultural barriers to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Should carry experience 12-15 years of HR experience
