Stakeholder and customer satisfaction
i. Lead and manage Operational governance and engagement with key stakeholders (CHRO, CoE, BHRs, IT etc.)
ii. Ensure Statutory and Regulatory audit partners engagement Engagement and Governance Feedback
Operational excellence
i. Implement Operational excellence framework and deliver tangible improvements.
ii. Deliver productivity improvement targets as per SLA framework
Quality and Compliance
i. Deliver and ensure Audit and process compliance requirements
ii. Lead and implement Governance and Audit control framework for effective Service delivery
Innovation and Excellence
i. Support in implementation of Continuous improvement culture and training on the operations floor.
ii. Leverage and drive Visual Analytics dashboard and Automated progress reporting tools
iii. Drive Structured Process improvement implementation and closure
iv. Lead Operational process improvement project including technology and E2E process changes for scope managed by SSC
Employee Engagement and Performance management
Responsible for Employee related HR policies and process implementation and governance

Process Transition, stabilization
i. Lead Operational stabilization of all Digital HR process operations
ii. Ensure and drive Operational scope consistency across all sectors
HR domain expertise and People supply chain development
i. As an HR domain expert guide and enable the HR Ops teams
ii. Engage and support all group wide compliance norms to ensure ZERO non-compliance and audit observations.
iii. Define Organization competency requirements and partner with HR council for improving and augmenting HR specifically Talent Acquisition capability within SSC
HR Master Data management, Document management & Reporting
i. Ensure accurate and integrated HR Master data across SAP and Digital HR systems
ii. Design and implement operational governance processes for effective master data management maintenance
iii. Lead and manage HR Documentation management for all HR Operations
Group Employee Insurance and Benefits
Support on the Group Employee Insurance policy renewals, claims management and engagement with Insurance Brokers
Educational Qualifications
MBA or Post Graduate diploma (Full time course) in HR and Information systems
Basic Graduate degree
Relevant and total years of Experience
- 17-19 years of total experience of which 8-9 years in setting up and managing Shared Services operations delivery
- 10+ years of functional experience in large multi sector organizations preferably in Corporate functions related to HR Operations including Talent acquisition, Payroll, HR Compliances, Employee service desk.
- Knowledge of Shared Services Transition and Operations management frameworks
- Exposure and basic certification in LEAN Six Sigma and / or other process improvement techniques
- Work experience on SAP ERP, Success Factors and Workflow based Operations delivery is added advantage
- Basic knowledge of IT Applications - Workflow solutions, Microsoft, Visio, Project Management systems,
- Expert knowledge of India/ Global Payroll and Direct Tax policies
- Expert knowledge in Recruitment management and industry networking and alliance management skills
- Knowledge and experience of leading and working with established Quality management systems such as ISO
- Good knowledge of Employee statutory compliances - Payroll, PF, Insurance, Gratuity , Medical benefits
