Head of HR Shared Services - Greater Noida
Responsibilities :
The incumbent will be responsible for leading the transformation of overall HR support model, set up Shared Services organization to provide a more holistic employee experience (based on market practice of self service and 3 tier service model) to enable our HR Business Partners and HR Centres of Excellence (COEs) to focus on driving our strategic talent agenda.
The primary responsibility in the first year will be the design and implementation of shared services delivery model and partnership with our IT team in enabling greater self-service.
Qualifications & Experience :
1. 15 + years of work experience with HR Management Degree from an institute of Repute
2. Experience in setting up HR Shared services for a large organisation
3. Demonstrated expertise and knowledge in HR Shared Services
4. Strong project management capabilities and experience managing large, global transformation projects
5. Proven ability to make judgment calls and sound, ethical decisions displaying a heightened level of responsibility, confidentiality, integrity and professionalism
6. Strong attention to detail and high work standards in support of accurate, flawless delivery
7. Superior client service and interpersonal skills
8. Excellent verbal and written communication
9. Ability to operate collaboratively
10. Global experience
