Job Role : We're seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the efficient functioning of our Background Verification Services division. You will drive operational excellence, ensuring compliance, quality, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
Operational Oversight :
- Manage day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Optimize processes, resources, and best practices to meet organizational objectives.
- Establish and enhance standardized, efficient background verification processes.
Compliance and Quality :
- Ensure adherence to industry regulations and best practices.
- Continuously monitor and enhance service quality.
Strategic Planning :
- Contribute to strategic business plans aligning with operational goals.
- Demonstrate proficiency in P&L management and basic accounting principles.
Team Management :
- Oversee and support a cross-country team, fostering a positive, performance-driven work environment.
- Recruit, train, and develop talent within the team.
Qualifications :
- Post Graduate degree, ideally MBA or PG in HR-related areas.
- 15-20 years of work experience, with substantial experience in operations, preferably in Employee Background Verification Services.
