Client Details

Our client is leading MNC in the Pharma space with a fast growing business in India.

They are looking for a seasoned HR Professional who comes with a strong experience in various gamuts of HR in HR projects space.

Description

Reporting into the Director HR, the incumbent will drive the HR agenda and head HR Projects for the GBS.

The incumbent will lead a team being responsible for Project Management, HR Communication, Change management, HR Processes and Policy Development, HR Operations etc.

Profile

- 10+ years of relevant experience in HR Projects across various functions of HR

- Strong experience of having worked with large established organisations

- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to lead multiple projects

- MBA in HR from reputed institutes

- Strong business acumen with excellent communication skills

- Ability to frame strategy along with leadership skills
