- They are looking to hire a Head HR Operations to manage the overall HR Operations at Corporate Office & Pan India .

- The Company has a Work Force of Over 20,000 Employees.

Job Description :

Reporting to the CHRO, the specific responsibilities will include :

- Managing the entire HR Operations from an employee life cycle perspective at the Corporate Office & PAn India

- Leading the Hr Operations from a day to day stand point, managing all HRMS teams, processes and policies

- Supporting all corporate & employees in zone ( Pan India) and ensuring smooth day to day business functioning

Desired Candidate :

- PG / MBA in HR with 18+ years of experience in HR operations (not wrt payroll management only, but employee life cycle management across multiple sites or branches or plants) of large scale set ups across Manufacturing, EPC or Retail, Banking, Insurance or QSR's.

- Strong Skills in Stake Holder Management

- PAN India role & Should Have Managed Large Work Force ( 10K + Employees from HR Ops )
