Head - HR Operations - KPO

- Need People with Experience in Payrolls.

- Will be Responsible to scale up the business and set up the HRO BU.

- Has the P&L accountability for the Business.

- Managing and operating payroll for India

- Will handle the Asia Pacific and US regions with respect to HR Operations

- Will be responsible for HR Strategic Planning, Change Management, Business Transformation & Transition, Project Management, Risk Governance & Management Motivate, mentor and lead talented professionals

- Delivering and supporting the Group and HR Function's strategy, values and behaviors in the Region

- Looking for people from HR Consulting who will be having experience in scaling up the business. Should be able to handle the P&L and excellent client relationship to bring business into the organization.

- Should be flexible for shifts as they support live customers thus can have night shifts also.
