Responsibilities
1. Lead HR projects like compensation plans revisions. Implement functional HRMS and internal databases across all departments and locations
2. Oversee our payroll and performance evaluation systems
3. Design company policies and procedures
4. Review and update our employment contracts and agreements
5. Prepare budgets by department
6. Track key HR metrics like cost per hire and retention rates
7. Manage internal communication projects (like job satisfaction surveys)
8. Measure the effectiveness of our benefits programs and recommend improvements
9. Coordinate employee training and development initiatives
Requirements
- Work experience as a Head of HR Operations or similar role
- Experience with Human Resources Information Systems including payroll tools
- Experience in designing compensation and benefits programs
- Good knowledge of labor legislation
- Leadership abilities
- MBA in Human Resources Management
- Minimum experience 10 years
