Experience :
- HR system implementation experience
- HR Shared Services
- Payroll Module
- HR Operations model
- ESOP administration for employees
- Design and deployment of HR Service Delivery Model across diverse set of business verticals
- Knowledge of outsourcing business model of key HR processes
- On boarding to Separation life cycle management
- HR Compliance & Statutory expertise
