The incumbent will be required to manage the entire HR Operations for the Bank
To run the entire HR Ops of the Bank as a HR Shared Services Unit.
To work closely with Business Unit Heads and implement business specific HR Ops interventions.
Ensure significant improvement in HR Processes' efficiency achieving SLAs towards employee services.
Ensuring adherence to company standards for HR good practice and compliance with all local labor laws and other statutory requirements.
To manage the HR Operations such as Payroll, On Boarding, Statutory Compliance.
To manage the team for all HR OP's.
Sound Knowledge in expected areas of HR Ops & Compliance.
Preferably with 15-20 years of experience.
Preferably from Manufacturing and Service Industries. (Preferably a combination of both)
Should have handled a leadership role in the following. Handling of multiple branches, States & min 5000+ employees.
