- Mobilisation and sourcing - to the exact job specs provided by the employer;
- Screenings and interviews - including language and soft skills filters;
- All paperwork for work permits and visas;
- Any trainings and up-skilling required by the employer;
- Pre-departure culture training;
- Support to the employer and candidate in the destination country.
We are seeking a Head HR, Ops and Admin to be a part of our company - this is a senior level role, working directly with Founders, with the opportunity to shape the company's operational effectiveness, with plenty of responsibility and accountability.
Roles and Responsibilities - these are indicative:
Manage entire HR portfolio : The incumbent will oversee and manage the entire gamut of talent acquisition, training, engagement, com & ben and retention. They will work directly with the Leadership Team to ensure that all vacant positions are being filled in the agreed timelines.
Manage entire Ops portfolio : S/he will be responsible for the candidate life cycle management, after sales team have sourced the candidates. This will include candidate engagement, fees collections, visa facilitation, documentation among other aspects.
Lead Tech integration and process optimization: The incumbent will need to optimize processes across the supply chain and seek technology integration along the entire value chain - critical to ruthlessly eliminate manual interventions and automate where possible. They will ensure this is done across all accounts.
- S/He will operate as a SWOT team to identify and solve any process related challenges and bed down new processes where needed.
- Lead Data analysis and insight generation:
- The Head, HR, Ops and Admin will identify the most critical metrics, track and manage them - the success/failures of new processes should also be governed by these.
- Ensure that the rest of the team is following these critical processes, without fail.
- Manage entire administrative requirements of the Organization
- These would include offices, training centres, travel, infrastructure etc.
- Others:
- Being a startup, there will be many other areas of work; the incumbent is expected to work collaboratively with the Founders on identified business needs.
Essential Skills (MBA from top tier B school) :
- At least 10 years of work experience in HR & Admin, in the FMCG, telecom or retail sector. Startup experience preferred
- Have demonstrated ability to manage business operations.
- Problem solver and strong communication skills - both written and verbal - and ability to nurture relationships.
- Detail oriented - focus on diligence, time management and quality of work.
