HR Operations Head

Position Overview:
- As the HR Operations Head at CarePal Group, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources operations to ensure the effective and efficient management of our workforce.
- You will play a critical role in developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures that support our organizational goals and foster a positive work environment.
- The HR Operations Head will lead a team of HR professionals to deliver exceptional HR services and support to our employees across all levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Planning:
- Collaborate with senior management to develop HR strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives.
- Conduct regular assessments of HR needs and trends to anticipate future requirements and proactively address workforce challenges.
Policy Development and Compliance:
- Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Implement measures to maintain a culture of fairness, equity, and inclusivity within the organization.
Talent Acquisition and Retention:
- Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process for new hires, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.
- Develop retention strategies to attract and retain top talent, including employee engagement initiatives, career development programs, and performance management systems.
Employee Relations:
- Serve as a trusted advisor and resource for employees and managers on HR-related matters, including conflict resolution, performance issues, and disciplinary actions.
- Promote a positive work environment built on trust, respect, and open communication.
Compensation and Benefits Administration:
- Manage the design, implementation, and administration of employee compensation and benefits programs.
- Conduct regular benchmarking and analysis to ensure competitiveness and alignment with industry standards.
HR Information Systems (HRIS):
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of HRIS platforms to streamline HR processes and enhance data accuracy and accessibility.
- Leverage technology solutions to automate routine tasks and generate insights for informed decision-making.
Training and Development:
- Identify training and development needs within the organization and coordinate the delivery of relevant programs to enhance employee skills and competencies
- Support career progression through mentorship, coaching, and succession planning initiatives.
Performance Management:
- Develop and implement performance management systemsto monitor employee performance, provide constructive feedback, and recognize achievements.
- Ensure performance evaluations are conducted regularly and fairly across all departments.
HR Metrics and Analytics:
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track HR operational effectiveness and measure the impact of HR initiatives on business outcomes.
- Use data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous enhancement of HR processes.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the HR team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
- Promote professional development and growth opportunities to enhance the capabilities of the HR department.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
- Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in HR management roles, with at least
- 3-5years in a leadership capacity.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR Operations experience working with a workforce of 700+ or more employees.
- Demonstrated commitment to effectively manage a workforce ranging from 800 to1500 employees.
- Ability to cultivate a positive employer brand in the digital marketplace.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations, with a focus on HR operations, compliance, and employee relations.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that drive organizational performance and employee engagement.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Proven track record of effectively managing HR programs and projects, including talent acquisition, performance management, and employee development.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel,PowerPoint).
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) preferred
