- Overall 12+ years of experience with considerable experience in driving HR Operations
- Bring experience in handling HR Operations for a span of 10000+ employees
- Responsible for transitioning the entire HR Operations
- Manage HR Ops, Payroll, HRMS, Service Delivery, Compliances, HR Tech, Outsourcing, Vendors, etc.
- Oversee the implementation/integration of HRIS, LMS, ATS and performance management tools
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work in a promoter driven setup
