- To lead implementation and operations of the HR strategy in India and aligning it with the organizations strategy.
- Responsible for providing the HR contribution to the short and long term business objectives.

- Carry out Organizational Diagnosis and develop action plans to effectively improve and drive employee engagement across the Organization.
- Create effective analytical tools & reports to analyze employee information and focus on ways to proactively improve and enhance HR Delivery Model towards a consistent high-quality employee experience across the company
- Identify HR intervention needs, create appropriate programs, actively participate in HR interventions & projects and ensure timely completion. Enable managers & leaders with proactive solutions to address people challenges and foster positive work environment
- Lead the HR team to design and implement high-quality systems and processes in all the areas of HR Recruitment and On boarding, Performance Management, Talent Management, Talent Engagement, Learning and Development, Rewards and Culture
- Be a strategic advisor to the business head and function heads on all aspects of people management; work closely with the business head to support the top leadership team play their dual roles as individual leaders, and as a collective group
- Be an active mentor and coach for senior management on people and business practices. Coach senior leaders and managers on people management and HR challenges
- Provide overall guidance and support for IR/ Plant HR matters
- Field of study must include HR & IR Post Graduation in Business Management from a reputed Institute.
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Excellent skills in Negotiations, Conflict Resolution and business Relationship Management
- Role requires to Influence and take along the senior management team
- Overall experience of a minimum of 15 years; exposure to senior level roles both in Corporate and Plant HR.
- MBA/PGDM from a leading business school
