8 plus years of experience with more of HR and some IR experience and the incumbent will be HR Head for India Will have functional reporting to you and administrative reporting to the Country Head in Bangalore

Your team size is 800-900 people in India inclusive of factories and sales offices

Position is based out of your office in Jigani in Bangalore.
