About our Client - Our client is a leading player in the healthcare & life sciences space. They are manufactures of both allopathic & aurvedic drugs along with some OTC products. They have a strong presence in India and have been here for over a decade with extended operations in the Middle East and Europe.
Job Description - Reporting into the Executive Director of the Business, your responsibilities will include:
- Set up end to end HR policies for the corporate office
- Ensuring all compliance related to corporate HR procedures are adhered to
- Introducing various sales incentive plans and performance linked bonus structures
- Planning training across all levels of employees (350 employees in corporate office)
- Defining the culture of the organization and cultural integration
- Managing end to end HR Generalist activities from manpower planning and budgeting to induction, training, compensation etc.
The Successful Candidate - You will come with 10-12 years of work experience in a corporate HR role within the healthcare and life sciences sector only. You will have the exposure to setting HR policies from scratch. You will also come with the exposure of managing Sales & marketing employees.
