- Role involves strategy formulation, delivery of people agenda, managing a diverse team across the country, leading new initiatives and ensuring synergy between corporate vision and HR at the ground level.
- HR Delivery includes talent acquisition, HR Operations, Performance Management, Talent Management, Rewards & Recognition, Employee engagement, Grievance Management, IR, Data Management, Ethics & Disciplinary areas and roll out of new initiatives
