Head - HR COE - HR Systems - Audio Platform

Scrabble has been mandated to hire a 'Head COE (HR Systems) ' for a leading audio platform based in Bangalore

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute the HR technology strategy in alignment with the overall HR and business strategy

- Lead the selection, implementation, and integration of HR technology systems, including HRIS, ATS, and other HR tools

- Manage and optimise HR systems and technology to support efficient and effective HR operations

- Lead the development and implementation of innovative HR technology solutions to enhance employee experiences and engagement

- Drive the adoption of a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the HR technology team

- Partner with other HR functions and business leaders to ensure alignment and integration of HR technology solutions with business goals

- Manage relationships with HR technology vendors and partners

- Provide leadership and guidance to the HR technology team, including coaching, development, and performance management

Qualifications:

- 8+ years of experience in HR technology, with at least 3 years in a leadership role

- Strong knowledge of HR technology systems and tools, including HRIS, ATS, and other HR tools

- Experience leading the implementation of HR technology systems

- Experience managing HR technology teams

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong leadership and management skills
