Scrabble has been mandated to hire a 'Head COE (Compliance & HR Audits) ' for a leading audio platform based in Bangalore
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations across different geographies.
- Engage with the organisation's appointed compliance partner in managing compliances across geographies where the company is operating at a given time
- Implement a review mechanism framework and reporting cadence for compliance status to HR and Company Leadership at a defined periodic frequency
- Conduct regular audits to assess compliance with internal process, system, policies and external regulations
- Provide guidance and training to the HR Team, People Managers and other functions on compliance-related matters.
- Monitor global and regional labour compliances changes in laws and regulations and suitably update relevant teams with applicability and action plans such policy, process or system updates, where required.
- Actively collaborate with cross-functional teams to address compliance issues and implement solutions.
- Manage notice & inspections with the help of vendor partner as and when required.
- Prepare and submit compliance reports to regulatory authorities as required.
- Manage relationships with external legal counsel and regulatory bodies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in compliance management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Law and/or Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR Labour Compliance, necessarily across different geographies.
- Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
