Talent Management Head - HR Business Transformation
Job Profile :
- Be responsible for capability identification and creation across the HR function
- Leading the team in the vision of creating & implementing the transformational process of HR
- Leading the team towards digitalization of HR processes
- Creating the internal & external environment to enable the transition to the digitalized phase of HR
- Creating the framework and scope for digitalization of various HR sub processes
- Liasioning to create governance frameworks for individual sub processes
- Implementation of the revised HR model of workflows and processes
- Designing the HR workflows to enable empowering of the Business teams towards HR process related decision making
- Designing the individual HR sub processes mobility platforms to enable ease of decision making
Desired Profile :
- 12+ year experience in HR, with exposure to HR Business transformation projects.
- Proven solutioning mindset
- Understanding of digtal linkages
- Experience of having set up of processes and workflows
- Ability to take independent decisions and working within stringent timelines
- Ability to move and influence multiple stake holders
- Ability to work in a multiple partner environment
