Role Overview:
- The Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) will be a key strategic partner to the leadership team, working closely with department heads to shape and execute HR strategies that drive business performance.
- The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in HR functions, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for fostering a culture of innovation, inclusivity, and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with the leadership team to drive key HR initiatives aligned with business objectives, including talent management, workforce planning, and organizational development.
- Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor to both employees and managers, addressing workplace issues, improving employee engagement, and maintaining a positive work environment.
- Performance Management: Lead the development and execution of performance management strategies, including setting clear performance goals, conducting reviews, and offering development feedback.
- Talent Development & Succession Planning: Design and implement programs that identify, develop, and retain top talent across all departments, with a focus on leadership development and succession planning.
- HR Policies & Compliance: Ensure the organization complies with all employment laws and regulations while maintaining progressive HR policies that align with the company's values.
- Culture & Employee Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to foster a dynamic, inclusive, and innovative culture, ensuring high levels of employee engagement and retention.
- Compensation & Benefits: Work with the HR team to design competitive compensation structures and benefits packages that attract and retain top talent in the industry.
- Change Management: Lead and manage organizational change, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to business operations.
- Diversity & Inclusion: Promote and integrate D&I initiatives, ensuring that Snitch remains a leader in inclusive and equitable hiring practices.
- HR Data & Analytics: Use data-driven insights to provide recommendations for workforce optimization, productivity improvement, and engagement.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master's degree or MBA preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a strategic HRBP role, preferably in a D2C, retail, or fast-paced environment.
- HR Expertise: In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, including talent management, employee relations, organizational development, and performance management.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to influence and partner with leadership to drive people strategies and achieve business outcomes.
- Problem-Solving Ability: Strong critical thinking, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building capabilities across all levels of the organization.
- Cultural Fit: A passion for fashion, innovation, and sustainability with a track record of contributing to high-energy and creative environments
