- The person will be responsible for heading the business partnering function for an entire business vertical and will be reporting to the CHRO.
- To ensure that human resource policy and procedures fit the needs, goals and aims of the organisation and its top leadership.
- Analyze trends and metrics.
- Streamlining HR Functions and reporting on HR metrics.
- Consulting with Line management and provide HR guidance.
- Resolve issues and enhancing work force retention.
- Provide HR policy guidance.
