Head - HR Business Partner - Manufacturing Firm

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's overall business plan and objectives.

- Lead organizational change initiatives to drive business growth and employee engagement.

- Oversee talent acquisition processes to ensure the hiring of high-quality candidates.

- Develop and implement robust onboarding, training, and development programs.

- Manage succession planning and leadership development initiatives.

- Foster a positive workplace culture and manage employee relations to ensure high morale and productivity.

- Address and resolve employee issues and grievances in a fair and timely manner.

- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.

- Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures.

- Oversee the performance appraisal system to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

- Guide managers in performance management and improvement plans.

- Design and oversee competitive compensation and benefits packages.

- Conduct regular benchmarking and reviews to ensure market competitiveness.

- Develop and monitor key HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives.

- Provide regular reports and insights to the senior management team.

Education and Experience

- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

- Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
