Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to lead our HR function for our manufacturing division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management within the manufacturing industry and a proven track record of strategic HR leadership. This role requires a forward-thinking individual who can develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals while effectively managing HR operations and providing strategic support to business leaders.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the HR function for the manufacturing division, including talent acquisition, talent management, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, HR policies and procedures, and compliance.
- Partner with senior leadership and business stakeholders to understand business objectives and provide strategic HR support and guidance to achieve organizational goals.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support the long-term growth and success of the manufacturing division.
- Lead and oversee talent acquisition efforts, including workforce planning, recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
- Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives to create a positive work culture and enhance employee satisfaction and productivity.
- Provide leadership and guidance to HRBP team members, fostering their professional development and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Develop and implement performance management processes to drive high performance and accountability across the manufacturing division.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address HR-related challenges and opportunities, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations and maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
