Reports - India HR VP
1) Responsible to manage the HR strategy and practices to enable the business to achieve their strategic objectives and results. In this role, s/he will be responsible for building capability that enables the business strategy and act as conduits between the Business and various functions of HR.
2) The Business Partner will also be responsible for smooth delivery of HR Services within the Hire to Retire Cycle of Employees, in addition to being a Change Champion who will identify and lead the changes required for organizational transformation
3) collaborate with the HR Leadership team, business's leaders, senior executives, and provide inputs for developing the People strategy and frameworks to attract, develop, and retain talent in the organization and manage the programs as directed by the GCHRO & HR Leadership Team.
4) The HR Business Partner should have a mix of strong business acumen, organization development, and human resources expertise coupled with consulting skills required to aid in guidance and development of human resources functions within the business.

1) 13 + years of HRBP exp - with good exposure to IT
2) Strong communication skills
3) Strong stakeholder management skills
4) Team Management skills
