Desire Experience - Person should have minimum 10 to 12 years of experience in HR function in that 3 to 4 years as Head of Function with Hospitality, Restaurant, QSR, Retail or Food Retail Industry.
Job Description :
- Responsible for all aspects of human resources leadership for the business across India.
- Develop the HR strategy and deploy the same.
- Consistent with the company's vision, values, and culture.
- Contribute as a business leader, understand cost-effectiveness, and be accountable for the measurement of all HR programs and processes
- Focus on establishing /reforming the HR function and its services including, employee engagement, training and development, general employee communications and all aspects of total rewards such as pay planning and position classification.
- Be responsible for designing of work positions; talent acquisition; reward, recognition and strategic pay; performance management and appraisal systems; career and succession planning; and employee engagement & development.
- Facilitate change management and communications plan to support organization-wide initiatives and manage expectations of business leaders and employees.
- Provide leadership and direction to managers and employees on human resources policies, plans, programs, practices, processes, and tools to ensure knowledge transfer, enhanced organizational capability related to the management and development of people, and consistent delivery.
