- The role holder will work closely with COO.
- The purpose of this role is to contribute to the crafting of the HR strategy based on the overall Business strategy of the division, to create and execute on the annual HR plans.
- Partner with Business head on Talent management decisions
- Review organisational capability to ensure that an appropriately skilled and committed workforce is in place and that the appropriate structures are in place to meet business objectives
- Ensure HR support towards meeting overall business goals. e.g. design relevant organization structures, productivity & manpower efficiencies, consult on new business initiatives, etc.
- Engage with employees at all levels in the division to develop a personal connect with employees and ensure that HR processes and initiatives are aligned with the needs, aspirations and concerns of the business
- To execute all other processes and programs those are an integral part of the HR function
Education: Full-time MBA (Tier 1 B School)
Experience: 7-10 years
