Job Description :

- Heading the HRBP team in Corporate and Regions across the country reporting into the CHRO for one of India's fastest growing E-Commerce organisations

- Lead Employee Life cycle through developing and implementing a Human Resource strategy which aligns and integrates with the organisation's business strategy

Description :

- Take full ownership over employee's life-cycle, including leading feedback and evaluation processes, employee development plans, on boarding, engagement, talent management and off boarding processes, etc.

- Partnering along with other COEs such as D&I, TA, Training etc. to create a holistic and joint approach of addressing business needs and implementing HR processes

- Work with the leadership to provide strategic interventions for the employee base

Profile :

- An ideal candidate will have at least 8 to 12 years of experience post MBA from Tier 1/2 institute

- Experience working as a HR Business Partner in senior/ leadership capacities, with FMCG/ E-commerce/ logistics/ supply chain/ retail industries is a must have

- Strong influence, interpersonal skills and overall leadership capability

- Experience in organizational development and change management processes
