An FMCG giant wishes to hire a seasoned, sharp and promising HR professional as HEAD of HR for one of its business units.
He/she would be championing the function in the organisation with a team of competent professionals.
The incumbent shall be spearheading for the BU :
- Talent Management and development
- Building the leadership pipeline
- Manpower planning & budgeting
- Rewards and recognition
- Ideate and lead Strategic HR projects
- Change Management & OD
- Championing Employee Engagement
- Responsible for interventions bringing about a better work culture
- We invite applications from only seasoned B School graduates with 7-9 years of post qualification experience
- Applicants must have worked in organizations of repute having robust systems and processes.
- Must have exposure in handling hr for manufacturing, operations as well as sales and marketing
- Experience as a business partner driving processes, and culture building interventions is desired.
- Must have the wherewithal to work with cross functional teams.
